After our beautiful foundation walls were finished, it was time to protect them. A moisture barrier (basically, tar) was placed on any perimeter that would eventually be covered with dirt.
At the same time, the plumbing started to take shape with the rough-ins underneath the soon- to- be- poured basement floor being put in place.
Also, the steel beams were brought in and correctly set to set up for the first floor and support of the house.
All of this was done fairly quickly and to our amazement, fairly smoothly.
